Three Major Stance Trainings


     The Three Major Stance Trainings include the Empty Stance, the Static Stance, and the Static Stance Linked Stance, forming the foundation of all techniques in the Gu Lun Fist.

     The essence of stance training lies in persistence, often referred to as "three years of stance training to reach the basics."

     Stance training is not only crucial for beginners but also a daily essential for those who have practiced martial arts for many years.

     Stance training, originally a form of Zen practice, allows the mind to be unobstructed, thus ensuring the free flow of qi. It leads practitioners to a state where they forget themselves yet remain true to themselves, ultimately achieving the unity of body and mind, and the integration of Zen and martial arts.
